The Love That Drove Him Underground
The Love That Drove Him Underground is a fully illustrated poetic retelling of the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. The short book is formatted in an accordion style, which allows it to be read from the front cover to the back, and from the back cover to the front with both sides telling a different part of the story. The first half depicts Orpheus’ budding love for Eurydice, which is then ripped away by her untimely death. The second half conveys Orpheus’ powerful grief, which turns the hearts of the earth, the gods, and even death. The format of the book was designed to allow the reader to take the journey to the underworld and back alongside Orpheus — to travel there and back again, both loving and losing in the process.

Pattern Less
Pattern Less was inspired by the teachings of Jamie Winship about generative living. His talks are closely related to our shared Faith, however the principles can be applied most everywhere in life. In a world of rising mental health crises in young adults, we talk often of breaking the patterns of negative thinking, self talk, depression, and more. This often comes with advice to put down the phones, go outside, etc, which is all true. But it can be difficult to begin. I have found, more often than not, all it takes is one step off the path—one invitation to the abnormal—to give us back our lust for life.
This is your invitation.

Granny's Chicken and Dumplings
This recipe book is a tribute to my grandmother, or Granny, as she is better known. As I reached adulthood, I realized many of the family recipes I had grown to love at thanksgivings and christmases were far outside of the wheelhouse of my culinary talent. One summer, I made it my mission to learn how to make some of my grandmother's recipes, starting with her Chicken and Dumplings. This recipe has been recorded here so others can come to know the warmth a good bowl of southern food can bring.
